Corrections Policy
Last updated: August 2026
What counts as a material error
We treat an error as material when it could change a reader's decision about a casino. That includes:
- Incorrect bonus figures — match percentages, maximum amounts, free spin counts, or wagering requirements
- Incorrect payout or withdrawal windows
- Incorrect licence status or licensing authority
- Incorrect market availability — a casino shown as available where it does not accept players, or vice versa
- Misstatements of an operator's terms and conditions
How to report an error
If you spot something wrong anywhere on BalkanKasino, email us at .... Include the page URL and, if you can, a link to the source that shows the correct information — for example the operator's terms page or a regulator's register.
Our commitment
- We acknowledge error reports within 2 business days
- We verify every report against primary sources — the operator's published documents or the regulator's records — and apply verified corrections promptly
- Material corrections get a dated correction note on the corrected page, so readers can see what changed and when
Corrections vs routine updates
A correction fixes something we got wrong. A routine update reflects something that changed on the operator's side — a new bonus, revised terms, a licence event. Routine updates do not get correction notes; they follow our Updates Policy. How we verify facts in the first place is described in our review methodology.
