Updates Policy

What "Last updated" means

A "Last updated" date on BalkanKasino marks a substantive change: facts, terms, scores, or market availability. We do not refresh dates for cosmetic rebuilds, design tweaks, or technical redeployments. If the date changed, something in the content meaningfully changed.

What triggers an update

• The operator changes its terms and conditions
• A licence event — renewal, suspension, change of authority
• A bonus changes or expires
• Market availability changes — a casino starts or stops accepting players in a covered country
• We detect drift between our published data and the operator's current documents

Scheduled re-verification

Beyond event-driven updates, we re-verify on a schedule — the same cadence described in our review methodology:

• Bonus terms: roughly weekly
• Payout rules, game counts, and licence status: roughly monthly
• Full review refresh: whenever the operator's documents change

Stale facts

Facts that can no longer be verified against a primary source are re-checked. If we still cannot confirm them, they are marked as unverified or removed — we do not leave claims standing that we can no longer back up.
